Please book this hotel and you won’t regret it!I think this sums it all!the hotel is brand new, offers an elevator, and has state of the art facilities, beautiful and well thought interiors, calm and comfy. We had a premium room overlooking the street yet very quiet as noise isolation worked very well. The bed was super comfortable with great quality of sleep. It was all spotless with crisp linen and fresh towels. Bathroom also offered a lot of amenities, was very spacious and eerie loved how they used a glass ceiling so you could enjoy the frescos even from there. Staff were super kind especially the gentleman at the breakfast room. Breakfast btw was great, served in a beautiful room with another impressive ceiling with great vibes. Breakfast options were good, more sweet than savoury as per Italian style. Maybe I would only suggest a bit of variety in cereals and pastry options day after day. Last but not least the location!!the pantheon is around the corner and all sights are in walking distance. Even the Vatican or trastevere are still within a 30’ walk that in Rome is always pleasant. A lot of nice restaurants and of course shops are near too (including Rinascente, via del corso and condotti). Looking forward to returning one day!keep up the great work!

I honestly would question if these people leaving negative reviews were staying in this accommodation! I consider myself quite discerning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went for our 50th birthdays. Were upgraded to presidential suite by the hotel- very nice and appreciated. The room ( 106 presidential suite) was stunning and spotless. The sauna was welcome after long days on foot. Breakfast was included and perfect. Service, both at breakfast and in reception, was second to none. The most central position within easy walking distance of everything Rome has to offer. Would highly recommend and would return to stay.

Just spent four wonderful days staying here. It is the perfect location just around the corner from the Pantheon. The rooms are extremely comfortable and stylish and if you are staying then expect first class service! Thoroughly recommended

We stayed at the Martivs Private suites for our honeymoon. The service was amazing, our room was incredible. We were upgraded to a suite with a sauna which we struggled to understand how to use. Our suite was extremely spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was very quaint, we have never been served breakfast in this way before but it was delightful having a mini buffet at your table. We enjoyed some drinks in the bar one evening, I believe it is a residents only bar. I am a vegetarian and was catered for. Comfortable bed, in an amazing location.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights for our birthdays and highly recommend this for a boutique hotel with personal service and an unbeatable location. Less than 5 minutes from The Pantheon and less than 10 from the Trevi fountain, we walked everywhere and loved it. On arrival we received a free room upgrade which was a beautiful room, super high ceilings and immaculately clean. Housekeeping was 2nd to none, with the bed fully made, room tied and fresh towels twice a day. The breakfast was basic Italian but absolutely fine with an opportunity to go a la carte which we didn’t want. I asked for firmer pillows and got them straight away and the reception staff were always very polite and very helpful. The bar was well stocked with again, great service. The only downside was our room was outward facing with a service road leading down the side and every morning around 4:30am, the local bar emptied the bins which was rather loud. However, you can’t expect silence in the middle of Rome and to be fair, it was very quiet in the room almost all of the time. Overall, we highly recommend here and would return again.
